These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at digitalaccesssolutions.net and any related services, content, and communications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Digital Access Solutions ("DAS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. When you submit an inquiry or otherwise communicate with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you for the client portal and for all activities that occur under those credentials.
By submitting a contact form or otherwise providing your contact information to us, you expressly consent to receive communications from us at the email address and (if provided) phone number you submit. This consent includes calls and SMS text messages (which may be sent using automated technology) related to your inquiry, our Services, account-related notices, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time using the opt-out methods described below.
You can withdraw consent and opt out of our communications at any time. We will honor opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Email marketing: Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email info@digitalaccesssolutions.net with the subject line "Opt Out – Email."

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to the terms and policies of that third party.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS. INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL ACCESS SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Access Solutions and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Access Solutions regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
